Food Production Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 06:30am to05:00pm )
- Consistently prepare and assemble small-batch pies, adhering to established recipes and production standards.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure every pie meets our strict flavor and quality goals through careful attention to detail and consistent application of techniques.
- Food Safety: Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
- Duties will include following SOPs to produce the required products for the final pie baking.
Food Production Associate Qualifications:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions while also lifting up to 25 lbs. occasionally
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and production standards precisely.
- Prior experience in food packaging or food preparation is a plus
- Must be willing to follow food production dress code standards (no fake eyelashes or nails, no jewelry, no nail polish, or items that pose contamination risk). Required PPE includes hair and beard nets
- Must be able to work in hot environment where baking occurs and temperatures may exceed 85 degrees
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
