Project Manager Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $60,000.00 to $105,000.00 /annually
• First Shift

• Coordinate production and approval of shop drawings to ensure they are accurate and reflect the customer’s expectations
• Verify field dimensions while reviewing and resolving any conflicting site conditions
• Manage the project budget to maintain profitability
• Work with our production team to verify the fabrication timeframe fits within the project schedule
• Communicate effectively with the client/designer/contractor, especially on project changes, material issues, or schedule conflicts
• Be willing and able to discuss difficult matters with clients
• Visit construction areas of residential and commercial buildings. This may involve ladders, manlifts, scaffoldings, etc.
• Document construction progress (comprehensive field notes and photographs)
• Coordinate punch list and warranty claims to their completion
• Interpret and explain shop drawings to install crews and subcontractors
• Participate in and/or lead project meetings
• Review and evaluate change order proposals and contractor's pay applications
• Preparation and presentation of spreadsheets, graphical charts, reports and other written documents
