Shipping and Receiving Coordinator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.25 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Serve as a primary point of contact, assisting customers and business partners professionally via phone and email.
- Effectively address and resolve customer complaints with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry for various logistics-related information.
- Process and manage critical shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading
- Support general shipping and receiving functions to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods
- Demonstrate exceptional time management and multitasking abilities to prioritize and complete diverse tasks throughout the shift.
Shipping and Receiving Coordinator Qualifications:
- Proficiency in 10-key data entry (by touch).
- Experience with processing Bills of Lading.
- Pre-employment Requirements: Successful completion of a Background Check is required. Successful completion of a Drug Screen is required.
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
