Shop Worker
A shop worker for an oil reclaimer performs critical manual labor and facility upkeep to support the safe processing and recycling of waste oil. Duties focus heavily on maintaining a clean, operational shop environment, handling bulk oils, and managing shop safety protocols.

Shop Worker Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Facility Maintenance: Clean and organize the shop floor and storage areas. This involves sweeping, washing down surfaces, and managing waste disposal
- Material Handling: Load and unload bulk oil, lubricants, and scrap parts to be sorted
- Inventory Management: Organize and stock replacement parts, tools, and industrial fluids in the shop and warehouse
- Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to OSHA and EPA environmental guidelines. Use designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and properly clean up any oil spills or hazardous leaks to prevent workplace injuries and environmental contamination
Shop Worker Qualifications:
- Physical Stamina: The ability to lift heavy objects (often 50+ lbs.), stand for long periods, stoop, and work in varying weather conditions and environments
- Safety Focus: A commitment to following environmental laws and facility safety procedures
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
