Student Services Coordinator Details:
Temporary position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
Administrative Duties: Serve as the front-line representative for Student Counseling and University Health Services,greeting and assisting students, faculty, and staff. Schedule and confirm patient and counseling appointments. Assist withpatient check-in and check-out, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. Manage electronic health records (EHR),update patient information, and ensure confidentiality. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct students toappropriate services. Process invoices, supply orders, and other administrative transactions in coordination with thebusiness office. Support budget monitoring and expense tracking for the department
Student Services Coordinator Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree and ability to use medical systems, do data entry, and have transcripts available upon request.
