2nd Shift Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 02:30pm to11:00pm )
- Lead and support a team of production employees during 2nd shift operations
- Coordinate workflow to ensure production schedules and targets are met
- Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to company standards
- Train and coach team members on processes, safety, and performance expectations
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments
- Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures
- Assist with daily reporting, attendance tracking, and shift documentation
2nd Shift Lead Qualifications:
- Previous lead, supervisor, or team lead experience in manufacturing
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to motivate and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with production processes and quality standards
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible to support production needs
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
