Rackline Team Lead In Training Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:30am to03:00pm )
- Maintain strong attention to detail while performing visual quality inspections on parts throughout the production process
- Load parts onto racks in a fast-paced carousel production line, ensuring proper placement and alignment
- Unload finished parts into boxes or crates, maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- Monitor production flow with parts cycling every 25–45 seconds, meeting production pace requirement
Rackline Team Lead In Training Qualifications:
- Strong work history
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable attendance (show up and be ready to work!)
- Desire to learn, grow, and move into leadership
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
