Quality Assurance Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.50 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 02:00pm to10:00pm )
- When busy, 2nd shift will stay until 12 Midnight
- You must be able to work these hours in order to be considered
- Inspect manufactured parts and finished products to ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer specifications
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision equipment
- Document inspection results, defects, and non-conformance issues accurately in company systems and reports
- Conduct routine quality checks throughout the production process to identify and resolve issues quickly
- Work closely with production teams to improve quality, reduce defects, and maintain efficient workflow
- Follow safety procedures, quality policies, and ISO/manufacturing standards at all times
- Assist with audits, product testing, and corrective action processes when needed
- Maintain organized records and ensure all quality documentation is completed accurately and on time
Quality Assurance Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of manufacturing, production or assembly
- Climate controlled
- Working with some chemicals and using latex gloves
- Walking about 5-7 miles during the shift
- Frequent standing and walking
- Good hand dexterity and attention to detail
- Must pass a Basic Industrial Math test
- Must be able to pass a physical
- Jewelry is not allowed
- Fake or acrylic nails are not allowed
- Hair below shoulder must be tied back, beards below 4 inches must be tied
- Steel toe shoes required
- Hoodies are not allowed
- Must wear ear protection, and no earbuds or air pods are allowed.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
