Water Truck Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 to $ 30.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughSunday from 06:00am to06:00pm )
- Safely operate water truck to transport and distribute water on job sites
- Spray water for dust control and soil compaction on roads and construction areas
- Fill truck from approved water sources and monitor water levels throughout shift
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of truck and equipment
- Assist with general labor or site duties when not operating truck
Water Truck Operator Qualifications:
- Must have Valid Class A CDL with Tanker Endorsement
- Willingness to work a 12-hour rotating schedule (5 on, 5 off), alternating between day and night shifts.
- 1-2+ years experience operating water trucks or heavy equipment preferred
- Physically able to climb in/out of truck, lift hoses, and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Experience with pre-trip/post-trip inspections and basic equipment maintenance
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
