• Third Shift (Sunday through Saturday from 06:00pm to 06:00am)

We are seeking a diligent and physically capable Temp to Hire Night Shift Material Handler to join our production team.

This critical role involves a variety of tasks related to mold preparation, material handling, product assembly, and maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment and play a key role in ensuring product quality and operational flow.

**Schedule & Work Environment:*** **Shift:** Night Shift, 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM* **Work Days:** Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (Full Week Availability Required)

* **Environment:** This position operates in an outdoor, hot warehouse setting.

**Key Responsibilities:*** 

* Assist in the efficient loading and unloading of molds.* Perform basic platform operations.*  Stage and prepare all necessary materials and components for production runs.* Trim excess flash from finished products to meet quality standards.* Perform foaming processes for products.*

**Physical Requirements:*** Ability to stand for prolonged periods, typically 8-12 hours per shift.* Capability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly, and up to 50 lbs repetitively and occasionally.*
