Product Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.50 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 02:00pm to10:00pm )
- When busy, 2nd shift will stay until 12 Midnight
- You must be able to work these hours in order to be considered.
- Operate rubber molding presses and related production equipment.
- Load raw rubber materials into molds and remove finished products
- Inspect molded parts for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Perform trimming, finishing, and packaging of molded products
- Follow work instructions, production schedules, and standard operating procedures
- Monitor machine performance and report equipment issues to maintenance or supervisors
- Complete production paperwork and enter data into company systems
- Operate as part of a team and cross-train on multiple functions
- Maintain quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
Product Technician Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of manufacturing, production or assembly
- Climate controlled
- Working with some chemicals and using latex gloves
- Walking about 5-7 miles during the shift
- Frequent standing and walking
- Good hand dexterity and attention to detail
- Must pass a Basic Industrial Math test
- Must be able to pass a physical
- Jewelry is not allowed
- Fake or acrylic nails are not allowed
- Hair below shoulder must be tied back, beards below 4 inches must be tied.
- Steel toe shoes required
- Hoodies are not allowed
- Must wear ear protection, and no earbuds or air pods are allowed
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
