Construction Foreman Details:
Temporary position- $
30.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to05:00pm )
- Lead crews in building and maintaining high-voltage substations, including conduit, grounding, structural, and equipment installation.
- • Coordinate daily jobsite operations while ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet safety standards.
- • Work outdoors on large-scale infrastructure projects with opportunities for overtime, travel, and career growth.
Construction Foreman Qualifications:
- Previous experience in substation, utility, heavy civil, or industrial construction preferred.
- Prior leadership or foreman experience required.
- Knowledge of electrical substation construction practices and jobsite safety standards.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction specifications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
