Maintenance Manager Details:
Direct Hire position- $
102,000.00 to $ 124,000.00 / annually Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
Maintenance Manager
•Lead the maintenance of all plant equipment including production machinery, refrigeration systems, HVAC, and utilities.
•Drive reliability initiatives using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM).
•Optimize maintenance planning and scheduling to reduce unplanned downtime and improve efficiency.
•Evaluate and recommend equipment upgrades, replacements, and process improvements.
•Partner with procurement to manage parts inventory and critical spares.
Maintenance Manager Qualifications:
Required
• 10+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• 5+ years of leadership/management experience
• Strong knowledge of: o Mechanical and electrical systems o Hydraulics and pneumatics o PLCs and controls systems o Refrigeration systems
• Experience with maintenance systems (CMMS/ERP PM modules) • Proven ability to lead teams and drive results
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• May Assume other duties as assigned Preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• Experience in food or regulated manufacturing environments
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
