Grillo's Pickles- Forklift Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.50 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Forklift Operator supporting material movement in a fast-paced, clean food production environment
- This role is critical to ensuring the efficient flow of ingredients and finished goods while maintaining strict safety and food quality standards
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, unload, and stack materials
- Transport materials between production, storage, and shipping/receiving areas
- Perform pre-operation equipment checks and report any issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and support production and warehouse operations as needed
Grillo's Pickles- Forklift Operator Qualifications:
- Good with cold temperatures- work takes place in a clean food production facility maintained at approximately 45 degrees Fahrenheit
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of 8-10 hours during the shift
- Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed
- Ability to lift and/or move 10–25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally with assistance
- Experience of at least 1 year operating stand-up forklifts is required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
