CNC Programmer Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $52,000.00 to $68,640.00 /annually
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 04:30pm)

• Develop, prove and maintain CNC programs as required using CAM software or manual means.
• Set-up machines for production, ensuring accuracy by following first article process
• Demonstrate proficiency in operation of CNC Milling Centers and/or CNC Turning Centers
• Follow established procedures, including Process Control Plan, for maintaining part quality and associated records necessary to prove process integrity.
• Utilize “Good Workmanship” standards through focused visual inspection, identifying and correcting unacceptable flaws and defects that are not necessarily dimensional in nature.
• Act as primary coordinator of tool, fixture and process development efforts on the manufacturing floor.
• Follow established procedures to ensure equipment maintenance and appearance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• When required, assist as independent inspector for other machinists’ set-ups
