We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Operators to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will operate powered industrial equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise while supporting daily warehouse operations. Candidates must be committed to safety, accuracy, and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

MHE Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently, including: Sit-Down Forklift Stand-Up Reach Truck Cherry Picker/Order Picker Electric Pallet Jack Turret Truck (if applicable) .
- Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments
- Move materials throughout the warehouse as directed Pick, stage, and transport orders accurately Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Verify inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report safety concerns
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures Meet daily productivity and quality standards
MHE Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating MHE equipment preferred
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment Experience using RF scanners is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality Basic math and reading skills
- Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
- Ability to safely operate equipment for extended periods
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
