Wire EDM Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
- Write programs, implement functions and burn details to meet specifications
- General preventive maintenance of EDM as recommended by manufacturing
- Verify that finished product meets original requirements
- Control supply and disposal of EDM wire
- Assist Tool Room as needed and directed
Wire EDM Operator Qualifications:
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram and schedule form.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand and walk.
- Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds without mechanical assistance.
