We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Hydromat Operator to join our team in Bremen.

CNC Operator Hydromat Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 21.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:00pm to11:00pm )
- Machine Setup & Operation: Prepare tooling using a pre-setter, change tooling based on tool life, load bar stock, and maintain proper chip flow both internally and in the chip hopper.
- Blueprint Interpretation
- Inspect finished products for accuracy, dimensions, and tolerances using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Perform routine maintenance including cleaning and lubricating equipment, and troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime.
- Accurately record production data, perform hourly part checks, and create job tags as required.
CNC Operator Hydromat Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of CNC machinery, tooling, and G-code programming.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and using inspection tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a CNC manufacturing environment preferred.
- Vocational training or certifications in CNC machining are a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
