Call Center Details:
Temporary position- $
16.00 / hour Part Time work available- Weekend work required
Second Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 05:00pm to09:30pm )
- • Conduct confidential outbound health surveys for Utah health programs and the CDC
- • Accurately enter survey information into the computer system
- • Follow call scripts and professional communication standards
- • Participate in training, practice calls, and team shadowing
Call Center Qualifications:
- Prior computer experience required
- Strong communication and customer service skills preferred
- Must maintain a professional and business casual appearance
- Must pass a Utah State background check and 5-panel drug screen
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
