Maintenance Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
23.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available
- Equipment Disassembly — Disassemble equipment following established procedures and using appropriate manual and power tools.
- Component Cleaning — Thoroughly clean equipment parts to remove petroleum residues, mud, and other contaminants.
- Parts Inspection — Inspect components for wear, corrosion, or damage and document findings.
- Minor Repairs — Perform basic repairs such as replacing seals, gaskets, or worn components.
- Equipment Reassembly — Reassemble equipment according to manufacturer specifications and quality standards.
- Inventory Management — Track and maintain accurate inventory of tools, spare parts, and consumables.
Maintenance Associate Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in petroleum, industrial maintenance, or mechanical repair environments.
- Familiarity with hazardous materials handling.
- Basic understanding of equipment reliability and preventive maintenance principles.
- Industrial environment with exposure to petroleum products and mechanical equipment.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
