Winder Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift
- Wind coils, wire, and electrical components according to specifications and production requirements
- Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and technical documentation
- Operate winding equipment and related production machinery
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
Winder Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or winding experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and technical specifications
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
