Staff Accountant Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
39.00 to $ 45.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries across multiple entities
- Perform account reconciliations, including bank statements and intercompany transactions
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes and financial reporting
- Assist with audits, government reporting, and financial analysis (P&L and balance sheet)
- Manage daily cash activity and ongoing financial record accuracy
Staff Accountant Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; 3–5 years of general accounting experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting systems (Dynamics GP a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis
- Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to meet deadlines independently
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
