Medical Office Assistant - Part-time Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 to $ 18.00 / hour Part Time work availableFirst Shift ( 08:00am to05:00pm )
- 2 days a week (days will vary)
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally answer incoming phone calls and manage inquiries.
- Efficiently schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Oversee patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a welcoming and smooth experience.
- Accurately verify patient insurance benefits and eligibility.
- Process and collect patient payments with attention to detail.
- Maintain and update confidential patient records in compliance with privacy standards.
- Perform various basic office administrative tasks, including filing and data entry.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the chiropractor as needed.
Medical Office Assistant - Part-time Qualifications:
Required Skills & Attributes:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- A positive and proactive customer service mindset.
- Ability to maintain a consistently clean, neat, and professional appearance.
- Adherence to our business casual dress code (scrubs or neat office attire).
- Closed-toe shoes are required for safety and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a medical office, chiropractic office, or general office administration is a plus.
