Industrial Maintenance Manager Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
30.00 to $ 36.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- Supervise maintenance technicians and mechanics
- Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance
- Maintain and repair production equipment and facility systems
- Troubleshoot electrical systems, including 240V, 480V, and 3-phase power
- Manage preventive maintenance schedules and records
- Coordinate repairs with production teams to minimize downtime
- Maintain maintenance parts, tools, and supply inventory
- Support equipment installations and facility improvement projects
Industrial Maintenance Manager Qualifications:
Required Experience
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing
- Strong electrical knowledge (240V, 480V, 3-phase, motor controls, switchgear)
- Experience with cranes, hoists, compressors, and production equipment
- Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints
- Knowledge of welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, and facility maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting, planning, and organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and maintenance software Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work overtime and respond to emergency maintenance calls
Preferred
- Manufacturing or industrial production facility experience
- Preventive maintenance and budget management experience
- Industrial manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery, noise, dust, and varying temperatures
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
