Maintenance/HVAC Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 / hour Part Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Property maintenance: Painting, drywall repair and make ready's
- Performing routine maintenance and inspections
- Repairing plumbing issues such as leaks, faucets, and toilets
- Troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems and fixtures
- Maintaining HVAC systems and coordinating major repairs Painting, drywall repair, and general carpentry work
- Replacing locks, doors, and hardware
- Maintaining grounds, landscaping, and parking areas
- Responding to tenant or occupant maintenance requests
Maintenance/HVAC Technician Qualifications:
- Property maintenance experience
- HVAC certification
- Flexible schedule
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
