Direct Support Pro (DSP) Details:
Direct Hire position- $
17.00 / annually Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available
- Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene, mobility)
- Support daily tasks (housekeeping, meals, errands)
- Provide medication reminders and ensure safety routines
- Offer companionship and support community activities
- Document care accurately in electronic records
Direct Support Pro (DSP) Qualifications:
- Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and cell phone
- CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- Current TB test (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communication skills with a compassionate approach
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
