We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Production Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for individuals with mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast?paced production environment.

- $16/hr (Second Shift)
- Second Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6 pm–6 am
- Additional Info: Occasional overtime may be required.
- Breaks: 30-minute unpaid lunch + (2) paid 15-minute breaks

Production Machine Operator 2nd shift Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 06:00pm to06:00am )
- Operate machines & equipment to meet production targets and quality standards
- Monitor production processes and adjust machine settings as needed
- Perform routine maintenance and basic mechanical troubleshooting
- Lead and train crew members to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Conduct quality checks and accurately document production data
- Identify and resolve equipment or process issues
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
Production Machine Operator 2nd shift Qualifications:
- Experience operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment
- Knowledge of foam production processes (preferred)
- Strong problem?solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to follow safety protocols and quality standards
- Close attention to detail with the ability to monitor multiple process variables
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Basic mechanical and technical aptitude
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical training is a plus
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and operate equipment safely
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
