We’re looking for an Electrical Associate to join our team in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on installing and assembling electrical components, no license or journeyman certification required. If you have hands-on electrical experience and enjoy working with your hands, we want to hear from you!

Electrical Associate (No License Required) Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 21.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
- Perform electrical rough-ins and installations
- Terminate receptacles and wire components
- Install and wire: HVAC systems, Lighting, Breaker boxes
- Read and follow blueprints
- Balance electrical loads across systems
- Inspect and verify work against prints
- Test completed systems (non-live work during installation)
Electrical Associate (No License Required) Qualifications:
- Electrical experience (formal or hands-on)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Comfortable working with wiring, panels, and basic electrical systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable and able to work a consistent schedule
- No electrician license required
- No PLC experience required
- Comfortable working with tools and on scaffolding
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
