Light Assembly Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 to $ 18.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available
Specific Role Schedule:
1st Shift: Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: Monday – Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
**Responsibilities:***
* Perform precise preparation, assembly, and inspection of various parts and components.
* Execute tear-down, recycling, and re-inspection of assembly parts directly on the production line.
* Master operations across all production cells within the facility.
* Actively participate in a two-hour interval rotation between different work cells to support production needs.
* Adhere strictly to quality control standards and visual inspection requirements for all products.
Light Assembly Qualifications:
**Required Qualifications:***
Proven experience or demonstrated ability in assembly and inspection tasks, with a strong focus on visual detail.
* Comfortable and efficient working in a fast-paced production line environment.
* Ability to stand for an entire 8-hour shift.
* Capability to continually lift 10 lbs and occasionally lift 25 lbs or more.
* Willingness to perform repetitive tasks accurately and consistently.
* Successful completion of a background check is required.
