Seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager with commercial and industrial experience.

Construction Project Manager Details:

  • Direct Hire position
  • $80,000.00 to $105,000.00 /annually
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through project completion. 

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Review project specifications, drawings, and contract documents to determine project scope, requirements, and timelines.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules and overall project performance.
  • Lead project teams and provide guidance, support, and oversight to Assistant Project Managers and other project personnel.
  • Coordinate with Superintendents to schedule labor, equipment, and material deliveries.
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with owners, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
  • Lead pre-construction activities, including constructability reviews, value engineering efforts, subcontractor and vendor scoping, and pricing evaluations.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed.
  • Assist with permitting requirements and project compliance activities.
  • Ensure projects comply with safety, EEO, insurance, and labor requirements.
  • Partner with Health, Safety, and Environmental personnel to promote and maintain safe working conditions on all projects.

Construction Project Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous project management and leadership experience within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
  • Experience using construction management and project management software.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Experience managing commercial building construction projects.
  • Experience with pre-construction planning, value engineering, and design-build projects.
  • Experience supervising project teams and mentoring junior staff.
