Service Advisor (Rv's)
The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact between customers and the RV service department. This role is responsible for scheduling service appointments, assessing customer needs, preparing repair orders, communicating repair recommendations, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the service process.

Service Advisor (Rv's) Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Greet customers and discuss RV service, maintenance, and repair needs.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate workflow with technicians.
- Prepare accurate repair orders and service estimates.
- Communicate service recommendations, repair timelines, and costs to customers.
- Maintain regular contact with customers regarding repair status and completion updates.
- Review completed work orders with customers and explain repairs performed.
- Process warranty claims and ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements.
- Coordinate parts availability with the parts department.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer and vehicle service records.
- Promote additional maintenance services and products when appropriate.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Service Advisor (Rv's) Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, or customer service professional preferred.
- Knowledge of RV systems, maintenance, and repair processes is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with computer systems, service management software, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
- Ability to work in both office and service shop environments.
