Bilingual Human Resources Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Serve as a primary HR contact for employees and supervisors, providing support in both English and Spanish
- Facilitate employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs
- Provide guidance on employee relations, including conflict resolution and workplace concerns
- Maintain HR records, ensure data accuracy, and uphold confidentiality
- Assist with benefits administration and employee questions
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies
- Support performance management processes and corrective actions
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
- Assist with audits, reporting, and HR projects
Bilingual Human Resources Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- 2+ years of HR experience
- Working knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
