Maintenance Technician Level I Details:
Contract to Hire position- $
25.00 to $ 30.00 / hour First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines, robots, and associated systems (mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical)
- Diagnose control system issues and implement effective solutions, including parts replacement
- Perform routine inspections, testing, and safety checks on equipment
- Interpret blueprints and schematics to identify and resolve system issues
- Communicate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to resolve equipment problems and support operations
Maintenance Technician Level I Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required; Industrial Maintenance training/degree preferred • 5+ years of experience in injection molding maintenance and troubleshooting • Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, hydraulic systems, and machine controls • Ability to read schematics and systematically diagnose technical issues Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs, with strong manual dexterity
