HPP Molding Technician Level III
Join our team as an HPP Molding Technician Level III on the overnight shift (11:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m., Monday–Friday) and play a key role in producing high-quality precision components. HPP Molding Technician Level III Details:
Contract to Hire position- $
30.00 to $ 45.00 / hour Third Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 11:00pm to07:30am )
- Operate, monitor, and set up HPP molding equipment to ensure consistent production performance and high-quality output
- Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues to keep production running efficiently
- Partner with engineering and quality teams to implement process improvements, corrective actions, and maintain compliance with safety standards
- Train and mentor junior technicians while accurately documenting production data, maintenance activities, and process updates
HPP Molding Technician Level III Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with HPP molding or similar manufacturing processes, with strong troubleshooting and equipment maintenance skills
- Solid mechanical aptitude and ability to read/interpret technical drawings, schematics, and process documentation
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Experience with PLC programming, control systems, and Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement practices preferred
- Technical training, associate degree (or higher), or certifications in mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology, or industrial maintenance a plus
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
