HPP Molding Technician Level III


Join our team as an HPP Molding Technician Level III on the overnight shift (11:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m., Monday–Friday) and play a key role in producing high-quality precision components. In this hands-on position, you’ll troubleshoot equipment, improve processes, reduce downtime, and help keep operations running at peak performance. HPP Molding Technician Level III Details:

  • Contract to Hire position
  • $30.00 to $45.00 /hour
  • Third Shift (Monday through Friday from 11:00pm to 07:30am)
  • Operate, monitor, and set up HPP molding equipment to ensure consistent production performance and high-quality output
  • Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues to keep production running efficiently
  • Partner with engineering and quality teams to implement process improvements, corrective actions, and maintain compliance with safety standards
  • Train and mentor junior technicians while accurately documenting production data, maintenance activities, and process updates

HPP Molding Technician Level III Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with HPP molding or similar manufacturing processes, with strong troubleshooting and equipment maintenance skills
  • Solid mechanical aptitude and ability to read/interpret technical drawings, schematics, and process documentation
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Experience with PLC programming, control systems, and Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement practices preferred
  • Technical training, associate degree (or higher), or certifications in mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology, or industrial maintenance a plus
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
