HR Generalist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
30.00 to $ 35.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:00pm )
- Process end to end payroll for hourly and salaried employees
- Audit timecards, overtime, shift differentials, and incentive pay
- Maintain payroll records, tax withholdings, garnishments, and direct deposits
- Support benefits administration, including enrollments and employee questions
- Assist with open enrollment, benefits billing, and vendor coordination
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, ACA, and state/federal regulations
- Provide responsive support to employees, supervisors, and HR partners
HR Generalist Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of full cycle payroll experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Experience supporting 300+ employees strongly preferred
- Must be fluent in both Mandarin/English
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
