Systems Engineer I Details:
Direct Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 24.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Provide remote and onsite IT support to clients
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair hardware/software
- Support desktops, servers, printers, and network devices
- Assist with Active Directory, Office 365, backups, and cybersecurity
- Configure firewalls, VPNs, and networked devices
- Support virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware
- Work with routers, switches, VoIP systems, and wireless networks
- Document work performed and follow company procedures
Systems Engineer I Qualifications:
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Experience with Windows environments, networking, and hardware repair
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, antivirus, and backups
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- CompTIA A+ Certification or higher preferred
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
