Warehouse Associate level 2 Details:
Temporary position- $
27.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday from 03:30pm to12:00am )
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, including training, coaching, and performance management.
- Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations.
- Monitor workflow and productivity to meet company and customer expectations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with management, staff, and another department.
Warehouse Associate level 2 Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment required.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move items throughout the shift Must be able to work overtime.
