Foreman Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to05:00pm )
- Oversee daily production activities and ensure team members meet safety, quality, and output goals.
- Supervise, train, and support employees to maintain productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor workflow and address equipment or operational issues as they arise.
- Enforce company policies, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records, attendance, and production reports.
Foreman Qualifications:
- Prior supervisory or lead experience in poultry processing, manufacturing, or a similar production environment preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety and food handling regulations (USDA standards).
- Must be able to pass employer screening requirements, which may include background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or equivalent is typically preferred but may not be required with relevant experience.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
