Inventory Specialist Details:
Contract to Hire position- $
22.00 / hour Second Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:00pm to11:00pm )
Job Details
- Oversee inventory transactions including receipts, adjustments, and product movements
- Analyze inventory data, identify discrepancies, and generate reports with insights
- Perform daily cycle counts, audits, and reconcile inventory variances
- Maintain proper storage and verify lot/expiration accuracy to prevent loss or damage
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, cherry pickers) to support inventory functions
- Support physical inventories, special counts, and work overtime as needed during peak seasons
Inventory Specialist Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3–5 years of inventory control experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Forklift or warehouse equipment experience preferred (training available)
- Strong attention to detail with accurate counting and data entry skills
- Experience with inventory systems/WMS and Microsoft Excel preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
