HR Generalist Details:
Contract to Hire position- $
30.00 / hour First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to04:00pm )
Job Details
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and employee relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee and manager inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and compliance
- Administer FMLA, short-term disability, and workers’ compensation claims, including documentation and investigations
- Partner with temporary staffing agencies to support hiring needs and ensure a positive experience for contract employees
- Support HR operations, including orientation, employee engagement initiatives, and participation in safety and engagement committees
- Collaborate with leadership on HR strategies, compliance with federal/state regulations, and company policy implementation
HR Generalist Qualifications:
- Professional, detail-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience working with an HRIS and/or payroll systems preferred
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Strong ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is required
