Accounts Payable Specialist Details:
Temporary position- $
21.75 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift
Candidate Requirements:Previous Accounts payable experience, but the client will train the associate on their system, as it is not comparable to other platforms such as QuickBooks.Entering basic numbers, financials in the system, paying bills, and processing invoices. PPE RequirementsNone
Accounts Payable Specialist Qualifications:
Job Qualifications
- Previous accounts payable or accounting experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
