Furniture assembler Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:00pm )
- Load office furniture and related materials onto trucks at the Mechanicsburg staging location
- Travel with the team to customer job sites to assist with delivery and installation
- Unload, position, and stage furniture according to layout and site requirements
- Assemble office furniture using basic tools, ensuring accuracy and quality workmanship
- Remove all packaging, debris, and materials to leave a clean, job-ready workspace
Furniture assembler Qualifications:
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, and moving furniture throughout the workday
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and furniture assembly; own hand tools is a plus
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced, job-site environment
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and willingness to work flexible hours or overtime as needed
- No formal education required; previous warehouse, construction, or furniture assembly experience is helpful but not required
