Press Brake Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 to $ 24.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- Set up and operate AMADA RG press brake machines
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and bend specifications
- Select proper tooling and perform accurate machine setups
- Perform first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure quality
- Make adjustments to ensure parts meet tolerances
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Meet production schedules while maintaining quality standards
Press Brake Operator Qualifications:
- Proven hands-on experience operating AMADA RG press brake machines (no training provided).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and bend specifications accurately.
- Skilled in selecting proper tooling and performing precise machine setups.
- Experience performing first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure quality.
- Ability to make adjustments to maintain part tolerances.
- Knowledge of basic press brake maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and organization in the work area.
- Ability to meet production schedules while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Self-sufficient and able to set up and operate machines with minimal assistance.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
