Soldering Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 06:30am to05:00pm )
- Perform soldering of electronic components,, wires, and circuit boards using hand tools and soldering stations.
- Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Identify defects and report issues to supervisors or quality control personnel.
- Operate and maintain basic soldering equipment and tools.
- Meet production targets and deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
Soldering Operator Qualifications:
- 1st shift: 6:30am to 5:00pm
- Monday thru Thursday
- Overtime Mandatory
- Basic understanding of electronics and circuit board assembly.
- Ability to sit or stand.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
