Maintenance Technician Details:

• Contract position
• $25.00 to $35.00 /hour
• Second Shift

• Responsible for performing a variety of skilled and semi-skilled duties to ensure the proper operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities, equipment, and systems. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical and general building maintenance principles.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on facility infrastructure and production equipment. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, motors, controls, and lighting.
• Conduct general building maintenance tasks, including minor plumbing, HVAC system checks, carpentry, and painting.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns, minimizing downtime.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Assist in the installation and set-up of new equipment.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
• Contribute to the overall cleanliness and upkeep of facilities, including performing light janitorial duties as needed. Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and procedures, including Lockout/Tagout.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
