CNC Machine Operator
This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machinery to produce high-quality components that meet customer and engineering specifications.

CNC Machine Operator Details:
Contract to Hire position- $
20.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 05:00am to01:30pm )
- Operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment according to production schedules and specifications
- Load raw materials and verify machine setups prior to operation
- Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings
- Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards
- Perform routine quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools
- Maintain production records and complete required documentation accurately
- Troubleshoot basic machine issues and notify maintenance or leadership of major concerns
- Change tooling, offsets, and fixtures as required for production runs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures and company policies
- Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and quality personnel to meet production goals and deadlines
CNC Machine Operator Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of CNC machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring equipment
- Familiarity with CNC controls such as Haas, Fanuc, Mazak, or similar systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong work ethic, attendance, and teamwork skills
