Industrial Painter Details:
Contract to Hire position- $
19.00 / hour First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 05:00am to01:30pm )
- Thoroughly prepare metal surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, degreasing, and masking components according to specifications.
- Mix, match, and apply various industrial coatings and paints using appropriate spray equipment (e.g., airless, conventional, HVLP) within a dedicated paint booth.
- Operate and maintain paint booth equipment, spray guns, and other related tools.
- Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring uniform coating, proper adhesion, and an aesthetically pleasing, defect-free finish.
- Perform minor touch-ups and repairs to painted surfaces as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including the proper use, cleaning, and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment within the paint booth and manufacturing facility.
- Follow all company procedures, quality control guidelines, and production schedules.
Industrial Painter Qualifications:
- Proven experience in industrial painting, including the successful application of various coatings on metal surfaces within a production setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in comprehensive surface preparation techniques, including cleaning, sanding, degreasing, and masking.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality, professional finishes.
- Understanding of safety procedures related to industrial painting, hazardous materials, and equipment operation
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a production team.
