SMT Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:00pm to11:00pm )
Set up and operate SMT production equipment such as:
Pick-and-place machines
Solder paste printers
Reflow ovens
AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) systems
Load and verify component reels and feeders
Perform machine programming and adjustments as needed
Monitor production runs to ensure quality and efficiency
Inspect circuit boards for defects such as misalignment or soldering issues
Troubleshoot equipment and process problems
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of SMT machines
Document production data, defects, and corrective actions
SMT Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred)
Experience with SMT equipment (1–3+ years preferred)
Ability to read and interpret:
Technical drawings
Work instructions
PCB layouts
Basic computer skills
Strong attention to detail
