Industrial Maintenance Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:00pm )
- Flexable Schedule
- Perform preventive and emergency repairs on equipment
- Work on motors, conveyors, gearboxes, and pneumatic systems
- Troubleshoot issues and follow diagrams/manuals
- Replace or repair damaged parts using tools and equipment
- Inspect and measure parts for accuracy
- Adjust equipment to keep it running properly
- Help reduce downtime through maintenance and communication
- Keep records of work completed
- Follow all safety rules and maintain a clean workspace
Industrial Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Experience in industrial maintenance (required)
- Experience with breakdown repairs is a plus
- Basic understanding of industrial equipment and safety
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- Able to manage time and work independently
- Stand, walk, bend, climb, and work at heights
- Lift up to 60 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs
- Work with hands and tools regularly
