Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableThird Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 05:00pm to04:30am )
Machine Operator Job Details:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and production equipment
- Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines Inspect products for quality and accuracy using measuring tools and visual checks
- Adjust machine settings to maintain proper operation and production efficiency
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major malfunctions to maintenance
- Complete production logs, reports, and other required documentation
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and equipment
- Ability to lift materials, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred but not always required

- Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience is a plus
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules
- Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Experience using hand tools, measuring instruments, and production equipment
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as required
- Willingness to work overtime or flexible shifts when needed
- Basic computer and documentation skills may be required depending on the position
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
